From application to money in your account

Here is exactly what happens after you press apply, how long each stage takes, and what we need from you.

  1. Online application

    About 10 minutes

Create an account and work through six short steps: your personal details, the amount and term you want, your bank account, your employment details, photographs of your NRC and a brief face verification video.

    • Your progress saves automatically, so you can stop and come back
    • The repayment summary updates as you choose your amount and term
    • Everything happens on your phone, no branch visit
  2. Employment verification

    Usually within a few hours

We confirm your identity against the NRC you uploaded and check your employee number, institution and payroll details. This is where most of the work happens, and it is why we can lend without collateral or a guarantor.

    • Your NRC photographs are matched against your verification video
    • Employee number and institution are checked against payroll records
    • We contact your supervisor only if something needs clarifying
  3. Approval within hours

    Same working day

A credit officer reviews the verified application and makes a decision. If your salary cannot comfortably carry the instalment you asked for, we may approve a smaller amount rather than decline you outright.

    • You see the approved amount, term and exact instalment in your account
    • If we need something else, we tell you precisely what to fix
    • A decision always comes with a reason
  4. Direct bank disbursement

Within 1 business day of approval

We transfer the funds into the bank account you gave us. Your repayment schedule appears on your dashboard the moment the money leaves us, so you always know what is due and when.

    • Paid into an account in your own name, never a third party
    • Your first instalment falls due one month after disbursement
    • Report each repayment from your dashboard so we can credit it

How your repayment is worked out

The three rules

Processing fee
5% of what you ask for
Amount financed
Your amount, plus that fee
Interest
10% per month on the balance owed
Instalment
Fixed, the same every month

The fee is financed with the loan, so you pay nothing up front. Interest is charged only on what you still owe, which is why the interest portion of each instalment falls as the loan runs down.
